Welcome to Laguna, an exceptional waterfront home located in the established community of Palmetto Shores, Eleuthera. Offering the best of the best, Laguna has been meticulously thought out to the last detail. Enjoy stress free island living without compromise.
Entering through a walled courtyard, you will be greeted with lush tropical landscaping. The open concept dining area, kitchen, and great room offer abundant natural light with oversized sliding doors (all glass is Miami Dade Hurricane rated) and sea views throughout. Laguna has a fully appointed gourmet kitchen for your entertaining pleasure. Step outside to awesome views of the sea from a 3,000 square foot deck with marine grade stainless steel cable railings almost doubling your living space complete with an outdoor shower. Watch spectacular sunsets from the private heated salt water infinity pool.
At the end of your day, retreat back to your master bedroom with sliding doors to both the courtyard and deck. The master suite bathroom offers a spacious rain shower. Two bedrooms and additional bathroom are located on the other side of the house to ensure your privacy. The master bed is king sized. The two guest bedrooms have a one queen bed in each.

Laguna is a beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is great for cooling off and watching the sunset. The cut in the reef is easy to access the water for snorkeling. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking a nice meal . Really close to island farms and Ten Bay Beach.Enjoyed our stay Ed

We had an amazing family trip to the island! The house was even better than the pictures! My kids swam in the huge heated pool everyday and the location was central to our main daily activities, shopping and restaurants. It was our first time to the island so we were going in a bit blind and this was the perfect spot!!!! Highly recommend! The island lost power for about 12hrs during our stay but no worries the generator started up and kept the house up and running. We would love to stay here again!!

We could not have been more happier with our stay at Laguna. Hats off to the hosts for sharing such a beautiful and fully stocked house with their guests! We had everything we could possibly have imagined needing, and we loved having the option to cook with such a wonderful kitchen. Kevin and Stephanie gave us such a great write up on the island and we used almost all of their tips on where to shop and sight see. This was the trip of a life-time for all of us and we would recommend the Laguna House to anyone looking to stay in Eleuthera!
