About this condo rental
Located in Summit Park, this lovely condo for $171 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Unique, 1800 square foot condominium (largest in Crestview) with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains. Built in 2002 just prior to the Winter Olympics, this like new unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with an over-sized sleeping loft. We have made many improvements including new luxurious carpeting, HDTV, DVD, & wireless internet. All bathrooms are stocked with new Egyptian cotton towels and all the beds have new luxurious linens. The condo is on the third floor of an elevator building, so you will not be bothered by noise from upstairs neighbors! It has a large, open kitchen with all the amenities of a home away from home including new pots and pans. Plenty of room for your entire family as the dining room table seats 8 and the bar seats 4. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for purchases from the Tanger outlets right next door! Park City is the perfect place to visit in the winter or summer. Ski at 7 different ski resorts in 7 days! : Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the Canyons (5 min. away), Park City Mountain Resort (7 min. away), and Deer Valley (10 min. away)- the official site of the 2002 Olympic slalom, mogul, and aerial events! Commute to Cottonwood Canyon everyday! -- Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude (30 min. away) *** 6 other ski resorts *** Check out the following ski resorts nearby -- Beaver mountain, Powder mountain, Snowbasin, Sundance, Wolf mountain! *** Tubing Park *** A tubing park (Gorgoza Park) for kids of all ages is 5 min. away. We stayed for 5 nights during Christmas week. It was easy to get from the property to Deer Valley (less than 20 minutes) and Alta (45-50 minutes). Plenty of space in the condo, garage was very welcome. Larry, the owner, was very nice, he reached out to make sure our stay was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Larry's place. The condo is extremely well-stocked with all sorts of cooking implements, which was great for our month-long stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. When we had some family stay for a weekend bringing the total to 8, it definitely felt a bit cramped, but still do-able.
There were also some surprising additions, such as a killer sound system that was great for watching movies and playing videogames.
Larry was a great communicator and was able to help arrange a mid-stay cleaning service for us.
The place is super close to Redstone Plaza where there's a movie theater, supermarkets, restaurants, a Best Buy, and more. If we were in Park City again, we wouldn't hesitate to book Larry's place again. If you're looking for a listing for your medium-large size group, look no further than this listing.

Kimball Junction
We stayed in this Condo while attending a soccer tournament and it was perfect. The location was super close and the condo had everything we needed as well. Very clean, well stocked and lots of space for everyone.

A comfortable, clean, spacious condo with a 6 minute drive to Canyons ski area, or option of great free bus system, a one minute walk. You could easily have 2 families share this condo.

The condo was perfect for 5 adults & 2 children! There was still a queen bed unused. It is well equipped & the owners were easy to communicate with. The location was easy access to Deer Valley & a bit further for Alta & Snowbird. We stayed 2/282022-3/4/2022. Unfortunately I broke my leg at Snowbird & spent 2 nights in the hospital for surgery. The location was just 20 mi from the hospital in Salt Lake City so that the rest of the guests were able to continue their stay at this great condo!

We come to Park City to ski often and this was our first stay in Kimbal Junction. It was fantastic, lots of places to eat all around the condo and was a very easy drive to the ski resort. Highly recommend you visit, Larry and Jane were great hosts!

Great Location for Multiple Ski Resorts
We really enjoyed this property for our ski vacation. It is very accessible and centrally located for many different ski areas. My wife, adult daughter and I had plenty of space to relax, with my daughter having the whole upstairs to herself. The check-in was flawless and the covered parking was appreciated, although it never snowed more than one inch at condo level.
The condo was well-appointed, which made for a very comfortable stay. Even the kitchen knives were of good quality and sharp.
Our only concern was the washing machine could use a few cleaning cycles, as it had a bit of a moldy smell. Otherwise, the condo was spotless and welcoming.
We would definitely recommend this property for visitors to the area and we would stay here again..

From start to finish, we all enjoyed our stay. Access was easy, location was quiet, condo & property were clean & tidy. We were especially thankful for the very nice hot tub and heated garage with ski equipment storage locker. Communication with Larry was frequent and hospitable. We recommend this condo and would stay there again if we’re back that way!!

Perfect choice
This was our first time in Park City as a family, with our two boys (ages 5 and 8). They absolutely loved sleeping up in the loft area! The condo has a perfect t layout, very functional, and was super clean and well-appointed. Everything we needed was there. Location is absolutely ideal, adjacent to the outlet shops and walking distance to restaurants, While Foods, and more. The main living area has a beautiful view of the Olympic winter park and the jumps, and the condo itself is only ~ 2 mi from the Canyons resort village. Larry was always available and very responsive throughout the experience.
In summary, we will definitely be back! An absolutely wonderful experience.

Large comfortable, bight and clean condo.
It is beautiful and well equipped.
Close to slopes(10 mins) and restaurants and grocery also within a few mins.
Had 20 inches of snow during our stay, all roads were plowed by early morning.
Loved the heated garage and elevator.
The owner was nice, accommodating, and easy to work with.
Highly recommended, will be our first choice when we come back!

Exception home. Perfect Getaway
We were in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. Larry's home was the perfect retreat after a long day of meetings and film screenings. There was ample space for my business partner and me. The Park City bus stop is a very quick 5-minute walk from the building. Larry was very responsive. The home is well appointed and spacious. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends and colleagues!

This was a very nice condo, that had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and had great access to the outlets, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.
There was an access question on the first night and Larry was very responsive. It was resolved in a matter of minutes. We didn’t need anything (which speaks well of this location) but if we had, Larry would have been easy to reach and ready to accommodate. Highly satisfied.

Fantastic Condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We traveled as a group for work - 1 couple and 3 single ladies - and the sleeping arrangements + beds + bedrooms + space worked out really well for us. The kitchen was well-stocked, the appliances all worked well, the view was great, and we absolutely had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy, too, and we felt spoiled by the high-quality towels and other touches throughout the condo. Highly recommend!
