About this apartment rental
A modern ground floor apartment set within the grounds of Hepburn Hall. The property enjoys views over the mature communal grounds. Hepburn Hall is located with 1/2 mile of St Andrews historic centre.
The accommodation comprises of oak flooring throughout the apartment. A sitting room with dining area, modern kitchen with granite worktops/integral appliances, five double bedrooms with built in wardrobes (two with ensuite facilities) and family shower room. Externally there is private residents' parking. The apartment benefits from gas central heating and secure entry system.

Had a wonderful stay in this house which was about 1km from the course. Good bathrooms and beds etc. very nice indeed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hepburn halls. Becky was enthusiastic and very helpful. The apartment fit our entire family very comfortably. The showers were fantastic, the bedrooms were cosy and everything had a quality finish.
It was an easy walk into St. Andrews, and close to all amenities. We will definitely return,

Welcome essentials- It was a really nice touch there being some essentials already in the property. This meant we didn't need to rush to get supplies.The addition of a bottle of prosecco and beers really made us smile.
Forty winks- The beds were really comfy (unfortunately my bed did squeak alot but it didn't ruin my sleep). There was an extra pillow in the cupboard as well which was appreciated.
The linen was spotless and it felt like getting into my own bed each night. There were enough towels etc for us all.
Technology- There was a docking station for iPhone. The tv had subscription to Nowtv, this meant in the evening after a busy day out and about we could all settle down and relax. There is also WiFi available.
Additional features. There was a bbq available. We enjoyed time in the communal gardens on the picnic benches. It was really peaceful as most students had left for summer and those that were still around caused no issues. The only problem was a seagull swooping down on us protecting her baby. But if you stayed away she would leave you alone.
The apartment is located ideally for walks into St Andrews and it is easy to travel further afield from there. We had day trips in Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee to name a few places.
There were 8 adults, a16year old and a 9 year old. We did find at times we couldn't all spend time relaxing in the lounge as there was only sofa seating for 4 people but the dining table is in the same room with 6chairs so it was possible to be together if a little uncomfortable.
Overall the property was really good value for money and able accommodate us all (if a little on top of each other at times). Would I go again? Without a doubt. Rebecca and Alan went out of there way to ensure we had a good holiday-allowing us to check in early, sending a handyman round to fix a little problem which wouldn't have been too much of an issue had it not been fixed and being quick to respond to messages.
Thank you Rebecca and Alan for helping this family spend quality time together.
