Both bedrooms have high quality beds which are equipped with fresh linens, plush pillows, and quilts for a good night’s sleep. The master suite has a large loft area adjacent from it, which includes two twin beds, television and games - perfect for the kids! We provide you with clean bath towels to make your stay even more comfortable. My fiancé and I planned a long weekend getaway from Florida with our dogs. We had the best time in this cozy cabin! The host was very attentive with any questions we may have had. The cabin was perfectly placed in the mountains with the best amenities. We had the best vacation. Thanks again for the stay Brandon!

We had a great stay and Brandon was a terrific host. Having a bedroom on each level gave that little bit of privacy since we were two couples. Would definitely stay here again & bring the grands to take advantage of the loft sleeping area.

Our stay was better than we hoped for. Everything was exactly as advertised, excellent accommodations. Easy to get to and the host Brandon does a fantastic job of communicating everything well in advance, and during your stay. So many things to do nearby, and the views are beautiful. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

This beautiful home nestled up on the mountainside is surrounded by nature. This was the perfect home for our getaway. Just the right amount of space for a relaxing retreat for two. All of the amenities you need for a week long stay are provided. The screened in porch was my sanctuary for morning coffee and reading before the daily adventures. The hot tub was a perfect addition after long days of hiking. Location is key with this place. Literally just a short distance from eating, shopping, drinking, hiking, exploriong, gambling, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, catching a concert, fishing, etc, etc. A million possibilities to enjoy your stay in the Maggie Valley area. 100% would recommend and will certainly rebook this location again.

Overall this was a very nice property. It was clean and well maintained. The drive into the property would've been problematic without a four-wheel drive vehicle. The only drawback was that there were other houses close by; the property wasn't actually as remote as we expected.

It' a beautiful home! Cozy, clean.....perfect. We loved the area/locals.... Brandon, the owner, provided us all of the information we needed. No guessing! Loved the fire pit, screened in porch and the hot tub! The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We definitely decided we will be back with friends and family.

Great stay. Great property. The only bad part was I struggled with answering email through the Vrbo app. I signed in and was bombarded with promotional crap. I appolgize to the host for not responding to his emails.

Cabin was clean, very well stocked with a large enclosed porch. Heavily wooded property made it like living in a tree house. Nice fire pit. Comfortable beds. Lots and movies and games. Very responsive owner. Great location for lots of adventures. We will definitely stay there again.

The screened-in porch, hot tub and firepit were fabulous amenities that were put to good use after days of long hikes. Brandon was easy to communicate with and very attentive. We were impressed from the minute we pulled into the driveway until the day we left. Brandon has put together a property that is in a beautiful and very private setting. The cabin has everything you'd need while on vacation. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing by the awesome campfire area and then having a nightcap in the hot tub. We stayed 9 nights and were already planning our next trip to this incredible location.

LIFE! It gets busy- so busy! With work, family, grief/loss, just day to day responsibilities. It can get overwhelming. With it being over a year since our last vacation- we quickly decided it was time to escape.
I am SO glad we chose this cozy, inviting, clean, just home-feeling house to stay in. We were content just staying in… but chose to spend at least 1 day riding around, taking in the views. What a GORGEOUS town.
I thank Brandon & Family for allowing us to share your tucked away treasure! It did more for our relationship, hearts and souls than you could ever understand! Thank you from bottom of my ❤️!! We will be back soon!

This is our 3 or 4th time staying at the Treehouse and I plan on booking it again for next year! The house is the best: wonderful screened in porch; well equipped kitchen and a caring host! Perfect!

Great home base for our adventures
This house was a perfect home base for our family. My husband, our two adult kids and I enjoyed hikes and waterfalls within an hour from here. It was very clean, and there was plenty of room for us and our dog. Everything we needed was there. Grocery and other stores are close if you need anything else. We had most of our meals at the house, but did eat at the Boojum Brewing in Waynesville. It’s a cute little town for shopping too. In Maggie Valley, try Brickhouse pizza (thanks for the recommendation Brandon). We had to stand in line at the restaurant to place our to-go order, but it was easy, and the pizza was definitely worth it! The rocking chairs on the screened porch were a favorite spot to sit and listen to the birds and breeze. The hot tub was great after our hikes. The drive up the mountain to the house is steep, but 4-wheel drive is not needed in the summer. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for all of us to be on devices, and our son to finish his online college class. This was by far one of the best rental experiences we have had!

Our family of 5 enjoyed Fernbrook Treehouse! The kids especially loved the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. My favorite was the gas fireplace for the cooler days. How easy and quick to warm up and get cozy with a fire without the hassle of starters and logs (which is what we do at home). Vacation should be a break from your usual. The screened-porch is in ear shot of a mtn creek which was flowing heavily due to rain. Very nice. Most importantly, the king size bed was very comfortable (this can make or break a stay for me) so we slept well. The house is definitely higher up the mountain than we’re used to and shares a drive with a few other homes, but no one was staying in them so our stay was quiet and secluded. Great home! Appreciate that they allow dogs! Very clean and cozy!
