About this apartment rental
This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located just blocks from the beach in one of Antibes' premier neighborhoods. It is conveniently situated on an elegant boulevard adjacent to the old town, on the 6th floor, with two balconies and a secured elevator to its eight stories and parking garage. Its front balcony has a large table for al fresco dining with a view of the sea. There is private parking.
The apartment makes a perfect home base for exploring the city on foot, or for roaming further afield on day trips to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, and more. You can easily walk to the town's many restaurants, deep water marina, open air markets, museums and local beaches. The train and bus stations are also within walking distance.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have French doors leading to either the front or rear balconies. Other rooms include a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a second bathroom and a separate W.C. Furnishings are a tasteful mix of antique and contemporary pieces. There is an underground parking garage, with a private garage door securing the apartment's enclosed parking space.

Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The apartment was very clean, open, lots of sunshine and a great balcony view of the water. We truly enjoyed sitting outside at the large table together in the afternoons. Each room has individual AC controls, beds were comfortable, and the apartment came pre-stocked with all the essentials. We stayed at the end of week one of our two week trip and the separate washer and dryer were very handy. There is plenty of cafes, restaurants and markets within walking distance in either direction of the entrance. The building felt very safe and having the keys mailed to us prior to our visit made our check in process a breeze… we just walked in. I would also like to recognize the wealth of information that the property owner sends you in advance. It not only details everything you would need to know about the property, but it also list restaurant recommendations, markets, places to see, etc… it was very helpful for planning what to do in our short stay. Wished we had stayed longer; Antibes has such a wonderful slow coastal vibe and the food options were numerous… I suppose that means we will be back If I had one caution for the property, it would be the internet speed for anyone who needed to work over video. The property is using DSL technology with 20 Mbps down and 0.9 Mbps up.

William (“Bill”) is a very responsive and helpful host. He sent detailed information prior to our visit with logistics about access to the apartment, garage if needed, specs about various appliances, lighting, Wi-Fi, etc. The apartment is very spacious (3 nice-sized bedrooms) and 2 baths. The patio has table / chairs and faces the tree-lined street with a glimpse of the harbor. There is a nice size kitchen and we loved the kitchen nook area with a more intimate view of the sea and passing yachts and sailboats. It was perfect for petit-dejeuner, and other repas / aperos.The location in Antibes is perfect near Old Town for shopping / restaurants as well as the harbor for walks and the Picasso Museum (a “don’t miss!”). We loved the local neighborhood. The train station is a reasonable walk - which provides access to other towns you may want to visit along the Côte d’Azur. Cannes and Nice are very close. And a little further- we loved Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. That said, we found Antibes to be very friendly, relaxing, and fun, and were happy to spend most of our time there / locally. Cafe Kanter down the street is a very fun and welcoming restaurant which was our “go-to”. Bill will also provide you with lots and lots of other places to go and things to do in Antibes as well as the surrounding areas. We highly recommend this property - and Bill - and hope to return someday!

The apartment was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Excellent location, everything we needed was within walking distance. Donna was very responsive every time we had questions. It was a very enjoyable stay.One note - if you car is on a larger side, you definitely should look for street parking (there are enough options right outside the building).
