Best Vrbo home ever! This property was even more special than described! It is truly a lovely home and has everything you need. It is furnished beautifully and is so comfortable. The pool table was a huge hit and the kitchen is well equipped and the five gas burner stove top was perfect. There is a large pantry to store all the food and paper goods. There’s plenty of seating for eating and also for relaxing and visiting.
The hot tub was clean as well as the above ground swimming pool. Our kids and grown ups alike had such a wonderful time. The bedrooms were comfortable and very large. The main bathroom was huge with a large shower and tub. It was well stocked with towels and hand towels but did not have washcloths. However that is not a problem.
The AC kept up with the heat and we were totally comfortable. We had 4 children ranging in ages 6-11 and they LOVED the upstairs game-room/bedroom. There are 5 twin beds there and a fold out couch.
I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. When we come back to the area we will definitely book there again!! All you need to bring is your shampoo and body wash and you will be set! Thank you to our wonderful host and thank you for making this trip to see our granddaughter’s wedding just perfect in every way!!

Property is just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of games and distractions for the kids. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Owner was responsive and check-in was easy. Still a lot of road construction in the area, but overall a good central location near Kemah Boardwalk and not far from NASA.

Great location, beautiful home
Had a great family vacation here - close to boardwalks & beaches, Houston & Galveston activities as well shopping and restaurants. Tons of things to do on property as well. Huge kitchen & lots of beds for everyone. Oh, and lots of stairs - I wouldn’t recommend for people who can’t climb lots of stairs.

My family from GA, TN and TX rented this Seabrook Property as our home away from home, to attend the graduation of a family member from Texas A&M Mays Business School graduate program in MS Analytics (we are so proud!!). This lovely home was as pictured in the VBRO listing, and I wish we could have stayed longer! You will not be disappointed in this property, great for families with kids and pets and a great location. They recently installed an above ground pool and our kids loved it!
The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is that while it is listed as having 4 bedrooms, only two bedrooms comfortably accommodate adults. The upper level is great for kids, with 3 twin beds and 2 full beds and lots of games. However one bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out full bed which is much to low to be comfortable for adults. We did have some trouble with the Kevo app for the key, but the owner was very responsive and resolved the issue. Great communications with the owner Claudio Palma, and he is very responsive. One of our family members lost their iPhone which Claudio found and graciously went out of his way to return. Some areas of improvement would be providing wash cloths (very nice towels, but no wash cloths) and maybe some coffee tables in the living room for guests to place their drinks on. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future! Thank you Claudio!

Awesome Getaway

Great place with plenty of space!

Family Friendly

We were only 40min away from Houston, which is what I was looking for; away from all the chaos. Claudio's house in Seabrook was in a quiet location. It is away from the busy streets and it had walking/biking trails near by along with a skate park and a ball park right next door. The house is close to Kemah boardwalk which is still nice to visit during the winter months. The house was well equipped with everything I needed to cook, nuke, or bake. The television on the main floor was easy to use and easily connected to my phone by cast when needed. The beds were comfortable and warm. Many towels and wash cloths were available for everyone staying. The kids absolutely loved the game room Upstairs, but most of all , we took advantage of the pool table. The house had perfect temperature on all floors considering their were two units to help control the AC/Heat. Sitting outside on the terrace was most enjoyable InThe mornings and afternoon when we can enjoy the sun. The spa was easy to use and heated up quickly. No complaints! Claudio kept in touch when we arrived and also during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied.
The only frustration I had,while staying in Seabrook, was out of Claudios control. Unfortunately, they are doing construction along the main road, so getting over the bridge to Kemah was like people on spring break going to the beach. So, when you do visit this beautiful home, keep In Mind to allow atleast an extra half hour to get to where you need to when going over the bridge. Other than that, staying at Claudio's Seabrook home will NOT be a disappointment.

Very enjoyable stay
Claudio’s property turned our hurricane evacuation headache into an enjoyable vacation. His house has plenty of activities to entertain a child and we enjoyed our time there. We felt that the property was clean and ready for us upon arrival and Claudio was available via text and VRBO messaging throughout our stay. Will rent again if we are ever in the area.

Family vacation
The air conditioner on the floor with the 3 bedrooms would convert to 78 degrees for some reason. This was too hot for sleep so had to change during the night. Hot tub was extremely clean.

This was a wonderful home and experience. All of the shopping and activities we planned were less than 10 minutes away. We had 1 issue while there, and Claudio was on top of it immediately! Have already bragged about this house and it’s owner to anyone who will listen. Great vacation, can’t wait to book for next year!!!

Amazing!
This property is amazing! The pictures doesn’t do it any justice! The children had a great time in the game room while my elderly mother enjoyed the living room area. The master suite is beautiful, my husband loved it. We were sad to leave it.

Although the house is spacious and has a lot of activities for groups, it definitely could use a new coat of paint and some basic deep cleaning, not to mention removal of mold remnants.
On our arrival we noticed a musty smell throughout the house but attributed it to being close to the bay. After spending the first night in the master bedroom, we both experienced allergy related symptoms, congestion, watering eyes, coughing and tightness in the chest. Again we attributed it to being in a new environment. However after day 2 at the house, we noted that the master bathroom ceiling was black with mold and the ceiling had bubbled indicating previous water damage. (Prior to this time we had not used the master bathroom at the owners request because he had the shower re-grouted.) Given that mold causes allergies and is a health hazard we immediately contacted the owner. He was very responsive and offered to work something out. He also said they had treated the mold and had scrapped the ceiling but had not painted the area. We informed him that it didn’t appear to have been scrapped and just treating the area with a spray didn’t rid of the mold as it was still present. He offered to send someone over to paint and we declined. We stayed one more night but moved to another room closing off the master bedroom area.
We wished our experience had been different because the house is great for families and friends to gather. We rented this house specifically for that purpose but due to the mold and musty smell we didn’t want to expose our grandchildren to it.

Nice stay with a few hiccups
I booked this property for a small group of women in my family visiting for graduation.
PROS:
We had a nice time and there were fun things to do (all sorts of card games, pool, and hot tub). The location was great, plenty of parking, views were nice. The kitchen was nice and open. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
CONS:
The stairs were pretty steep for my grandmother and hard for her to go up to the third floor where the bedrooms are. During our stay, I received a few text messages from the owner about the security system being unplugged which was a little surprising, as no one even knew where the thing was plugged in. My grandmother spent hours trying to figure out how to fix it (bless her hear). We tried to fix it with his instructions, then welcomed him to come fix it if necessary. The other issue we had was with the 4th floor AC leaking quite extensively from the drain hose. Once we noticed it, we turned off the wall unit, took off the sheets, and stood up a mattress to let everything dry out and to avoid the owner having any sort of water damage.
All in all it was a nice stay. A few hiccups and annoyances but nothing so bad that it ruined our time. It was a memorable reunion.
