Would not stay again.

It looked nice from the outside

It was not clean, needed updating. Looked new from the outside but definitely not inside. Breakfast was horrible, didn’t even eat because most things they were out of and not restocking all before 7:30 in the morning.

The breakfast was good. Hours were good.

They didn’t have yogurt. I and told the cleaning people if they could clean in an hour and they didn’t .

Clean and comfy stay

The bf was good. There was a man always refilling and cleaning during breakfast. the beds were comfy. The room was clean and smelled good.

the restaurant at night wasn’t that good. I liked the cheese sticks and Mac n cheese. stay away from the meatloaf.

Good And Clean Budget Hotel

I really like there is a kitchen at the hotel serving until 10 PM also selling alcohol drinks. The room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. I like the bottle water in the room and the coffee machine. Hotel is 15 min away from Nasa, 40 min away from Galveston and about 45 min away from Houston downtown, people should consider these distances according to their needs.

A waffle maker would be great at the breakfast for families with children.

The breakfast was good and the location worked with my time there. I was not able to check out with anyone. I came down about 4:30am and called out a few times and no one answered. So I walked out to catch my ride to the airport.

I didn't like that there was no one available to check me out and give a receipt to me. It's been two days and I have not received my receipt from you.

All in all it was a great place to stay for the even y we attended.

location to our event, room was spacious and perfect. AC in room was amazing but the lobby was quite warm especially when it was 75-80 degrees outside. loved the variety of coffee and half in the room. would definitely stay here again.

Needs maintenance & attention to details.

Staff was friendly

The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. Maintenance was a lot to be desired. There was mold in the shower under the clear caulk. Towel racks that were loose, and stains on the BR door and vinyl light blocking curtain that could just be wiped off. The floor in the elevator had spilled coffee that was not cleaned up all weekend - needed mopped.

You get what you paid for.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean. Lobby was nice.

Room had a bad odor of mold or wet carpet smell. I paid for two nights and ended up checking out early because it was making be nauseous. Got accused of smoking in the room even though we are not smokers. Daughters phone charger went missing after housekeeping was there. Let the manager know and still have not heard anything not that I expected to.
