perfect sunrise, awesome location

although it is a short steep walk to the hotel, the area is very private being the only hotel up that hill. it overlooks the whole of Pigadia and sunrises are out of this world

The hosts were great, you can always enjoy a good conversation with the owner!

The rooms and the surroundings were always very neat and tidy. The location at the top of a hill has a great view of the bay, although this means there is a few minutes walk to the beach. The hosts are great and you can always enjoy a good conversation with the owner!

Good, but with a walk to the beach

The hotel is clean and the owners are nice and friendly. The area is calm with a nice view and windy, which is good for the heat.

The information about the distance to the beach is not correct. It is still walking distance(1 km) but not 200 mt as indicated. This is an important information for people without a car. We used a shortcut for 2 days (the road you can see on google maps that goes directly down) but we were told off by the people of the other hotel who told us that this was a private road so we could not use it. So this means taking the longer road which is about 1km to the nearest beach. The kitchen was not equipped enough for a longer stay. It could use an upgrade.

Very good

Hosts are really kind and speak a very good English. They try to help you in every possible way. Rooms are tidy and clean, and the view is beatiful. There is a small market and some good tavernas and bars nearby. The beach is also near. To reach the street anyway it is better to have a car.

It's better to have a car to reach the ground level street, there is no easy walk from the hotel but with a car you can be down in 2 minutes and in town center in 3/4 minutes.

Excellent. We'll definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Karpathos.

Breakfast was decent and totally sufficient. Hotel location is excellent. Outside the city, but very near, with a wonderful view of the whole Pigadia bay (see attached photo). The hosts were very helpful and friendly and tried to help in any possible way.

Water pressure in the shower was low
