Absolutely amazing place to stay - gorgeous balcony and the rooms were so thoughtfully set up. We met the owner and she was very kind. Will definitely be returning, it was by far our favorite room we booked during our travels to Ikaria.

De airco maakt teveel lawaai en de bedden zijn best hard.De handdoeken en lakens beetje verouderd. De kamer is moeilijk donker te krijgen door alle lampjes van apparaten

The view from our balcony and the easy communication with the host.
We stayed 5 nights and our towels were changed the day after we arrived and then it was never changed.

The view from the balcony and the location on the island
The very poor indications to find the flat, online, during our calls to the owner and in the village. It felt like a treasure hunt that was not particularly welcome at midnight after a long trip...
The total absence of the owner and of any staff on site. We haven't seen a human shadow. The building was like a ghost town.
The balcôy that hadn't been prepared and was in a mess with the clothes hanger leaking rust, stuff here and there over the floor, the sun protection ripped off and hanging of the wooden the pergola.
The beds made as if we were in the middle of the summer, with a simple bed sheet and a very very light duvet on the top while it was 10 degrees at night (April...).
The very cold and humid atmosphere of the biilding which visibly hadn't been opened nor ventilated off the winter.
Generally, it felt like a place without charm rented for money purposes only and without any human touch.
