Excellent location, but change in cleaning services is needed.

This was our second stay here, the location is perfect with walking distance to nearly everywhere in Louny.

Unfortunately our experience here this time around differed greatly from last year. The sheets in one of the rooms had never been changed, there were mysterious brown and white stains on the fitted sheet so we took it upon ourselves to improvise with a crib blanket. The floors, bathroom sinks, kitchen area were filthy with dirty, sticky stains all over. I believe a change in the cleaning contractor is needed. This is through no fault of the host as she is a great communicator and most likely unaware.

If you get this flat for your self it is great.

The position was absolutely great. The flat was roomy and clean.

It was not possible to lock the main door to the flat from the inside.

Very good apartment which is excellent value for money, well stocked and convenient location

Loved the location near the main square, convenient for town and shops. There is a small shop directly over the road and supermarket round the corner as well. The property was very spacious and clean, well prepared for visitors with tea, coffee, washing up liquid, toiletries, towels, toilet roll etc. Good powerful shower. The price represents excellent value for money. TV in each bedroom with Netflix etc. Outdoor sitting area.

No major problems at all. Just advice to be aware that like many places in CZ there are no curtains, just blinds, so I take a face mask to keep the light out in the morning. The road in front of 2 of the rooms can be a little busy at times, so consider earplugs if a light sleeper. Also - the toilet door lock is faulty and we were all locked in there at some point during the stay! there is technique to wiggle it to unlock. These are minor things and did not interfere with our stay.

Perfektní, za skvělou cenu jsme tam byly dvě a měly každá pokoj, a dokonce i koupelnu pro sebe. Vybavení naprosto dostačující (možná by se hodily jen sítě do oken v ložnicích, nalétávají tam broučci). Klíče jsme měli v bezpečnostní schránce na kód, vše fungovalo skvěle. Nedaleko nádraží (vlak a autobusy) pro výlety po okolí (Křivoklát, Úštěk, hrad Střekov, Panenský Týnec, Házmburk, Hněvín v Mostě, zámek Libochovice). Nejnadšenější jsme byly z chládku v domě v době, kdy venku bylo 40°.

Es lagen überall Haare herum, Schubladen und schränke waren nicht sauber. Die Küche und alles darin war nicht sauber.
