Location was perfect for portrush walking distance to shop, restaurants and entertainment. Car park 1-2 minutes walk to free car park.

No blinds on skylights so sun came through early in morning.

Great location and great value for money

Some small things I’ve noticed over the years that could be fixed. Fridge freezer needs fixed , some cosmetic work needs done. And a cover over the velux in bedroom as the light early in the morning is annoying.
