Quiet but convenient location just outside small town. Homemade breakfast. Nice decor.

All rooms up about a dozen steep stairs. Bed not that comfortable…too soft. Noisy bathroom fan. Could hear people in next room. Staff who prepared and served breakfast not friendly at all. Put dishes on table and sort of pushed toward us.

A really beautiful and, above all, very clean B&B. The house is well maintained, welcoming, and conveniently located about 17 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Since they knew we had to leave early, they even prepared breakfast for us at 6:00 AM, which we really appreciated. Tropic is a quiet and pleasant little town with a few nice restaurants for dinner. A great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon. Highly recommended!
