Lovely historical house and quiet location, the apartment is specious and clean, the host is very friendly and helpful, wonderful park with a playground nearby
The apartment needs a bit of updating and a lick of paint. We were not overly excited about the ‘giant sausage’ pillow the double bed had to share.
The sofa in the living room is falling apart and very uncomfortable. The child’s cot was missing a side to it, which was fine if pushed by the wall, but not very safe in my opinion

bon emplacement pour nos départs en excursions, Grenoble facile d'accès au départ du logement.
Machine à laver et lave vaisselle pratique
Rangement important dans les chambres très bien.
petite cours intérieure sympathique
Utilisation de la cour pour décharger le véhicule.
télévision connectée mais qui n'a pas la TNT obligé de prendre mon PC pour regarder la TV.
Canapé en fin de vie qui mérite d'être changé.
2 ventilateurs pas très efficaces mais le propriétaire n'est pas responsable de la canicule
Difficulté pour stationner dans la rue souvent obligé de nous éloignez.
Attention la main courante pour monter au logement est en fin de vie et mérite une réparation.
