This home is located in the exclusive Cherimoya Hill neighborhood just steps from the Hodges Canyon trailhead. You can hike, mountain bike, 4 wheel, or snowmobile up the canyon right from the house. This home is conveniently located minutes away from several different beaches, golfing, hiking trails, Beaver Mountain, and the Garden City bike trail making it perfect for groups who like to get outside! Alternate your days between hanging out at the beach, hiking up Hodges Canyon, or just relaxing at home enjoying the spectacular view while the kids play in the yard or have ping pong and air hockey tournaments in the game room. If you are traveling with children, this is a wonderful place for them to run and play while you relax and keep watch from the deck or the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the patio. The backyard features a lifetime play set and a built in fire pit. This property features 3 living areas, a fireplace, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. As you wait for dinner, sit back and relax on the full grain leather recliner couch and enjoy the 55 inch smart flatscreen TV. The newly installed central A/C will keep you cool when you return from a hot day hiking or playing at the beach. When you're ready for bed, retreat to the master bedroom and climb into the king sized bed to fall fast asleep with plush pillows. This room features deck access, an en-suite bathroom and a 43 inch tv with Roku. You will feel like you are at a spa with a jetted tub, double vanities and separate shower with double shower heads. This room also features a relaxing sitting area. The master closet was so big we converted it to a bedroom! You have to walk through it to get to the master bath, but it makes a great “family wing” in the home. It has two twin beds (bunk) and a crib with an extra toddler sized floor mattress. There is also an extra pack n' play available for use. This room also has some toys for small children and children’s books for nightly story time. There are three other bedrooms with KING size beds that are beautifully styled and extremely functional. Each located close to one of the three bathrooms in the house. Keep towels, linens, and swimsuits clean throughout your stay with the washer and dryer located just off of the kitchen in the spacious pantry. The pantry is stocked with board games and puzzles for hours of fun. There is a bunk room downstairs with 3 sets of bunks(sleeps 6) just off of the garage/play room where your group can enjoy games of air hockey, ping pong or mini basketball game. Each living area can accommodate 2-3 people for sleeping with pull out couches and/or floor mattresses. There is a deep freezer in the garage available for your use. 2 kayaks(one adult and one youth) and 3 stand up paddle boards available to rent during your stay! $100 for all five watercraft for the length of your stay. The hiker/snowmobiler/ATVer will love the close proximity to the Hodges Canyon Trailhead. No need to even get in your car. You can hike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house. The road to the Hodges Canyon trailhead is just a few hundred yards from the driveway. The city has also recently opened up the trailhead parking lot for overnight overflow parking for our neighborhood! The golfers of the group will be pleased with the short 6 minute drive to Bear Lake golf course, which is only 1 out of the 3 golf courses in the area. Book a tee time and show off your putting skills to your family and friends. Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which is a short 24 minute drive away, or if your new to winter sports check out the local tubing spots for some family shenanigans!
