Good location, quiet oasis, great staff.
The food was good, but not as exceptional is the rest of the lodge.

The gardens were lovely, like an oasis.
We felt very well looked after 😁
The water never got hot, even after 10 minutes, but that is a small thing as everything else was great for our overnight stay 😁

The property is very well maintained and has a nice, green vibe.
It's an easy 20-minute Yango ride away from the airport.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
Check-in was flexible.
Breakfast starts early and accommodates early check-outs.
The restaurant and staff is not equipped to cater for vegetarians & gluten free diet, despite the confirmation we got about this not being a problem. We were told it would have certain vegetables that were safe for us, but in the end it had completely different vegetables that were problematic, and covered in soy sauce that has gluten. We were told that was "unfortunate". Had we known it could not have been accommodated we would just have gone to a nearby restaurant.
The price for the main course (in the end, just a scoop of cold, cooked rice) remained at the standard price for a full meal.
The environment is quite noisy, with dogs barking through the night and roosters starting very early morning.

Rooms were very well laid out and comfortable
Restaurant and staff were a bit distracted and the food was ok. It was very cold in the evening and no way to stay warm
