The room was clean and cozy We enjoyed the mini water adventure. We will come back with the whole family

Breakfast was good but if you stay there for more than 2 weeks then breakfast should have more varieties.

Exceptional

This hotel never failed to surprise me every time I stay here. I was here also months ago and back then, the pool is not yet open. But I still returned since they provide the best services. Then I came back, it was just WOW! Their infinity pool is amazing!, we can see the beautiful ocean view beside the city and the water spa massage experience was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep just laying on the water. This hotel has captured my heart from the very beginning. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

I arrived at Masbate very early in the morning, irritable and tired from a whole day of travelling. My flight from LAX to manila got delayed so I wasn’t able to catch my flight to the city. I had to fly from manila to Legazpi and take the ferry to Masbate. I was prepared to be disappointed since that’s what I’ve been experiencing the whole day but alas! The staff were amazing. Very observant and genuine. They must have sense that I was not in the mood so my check in was very fast and I was assisted to the room immediately. They serve breakfast as early as 5AM so it was nice. I also had a nice and long hot shower which definitely help improve my mood. Their internet connection was stable so I was also able to update my family back in the US. Thank you so much Treasure Island. You just got a customer for life.

Treasure Island Hotel has a wide range of excellent and good quality services. You are a seafood lover? They have a Chinese Seafood restaurant that will satisfy your cravings. It is located at the city-center, so it makes other establishments more accessible. I would also like to mention their Deluxe Front View room, very nice room! My siblings stayed in another room, the ones with balcony, which is like at the other side of the hotel. We had very different views, mine is city view and they had an ocean view, which is great since we got to have the best of both worlds. The beds, very comfortable. The staff? Warm and accommodating. Doesn’t have much cash? Don’t worry, they accept card payments and online cash transactions!

For Masbate, this is probably the best hotel there.

This however isn't a high bar to reach. Although the hotel room is nice, its missing the normal extras that make a hotel a home like breakfast, and the shower only seemed to have two settings - burning or cold The Mini Water Adventure that has been advertised all through 2022 didn't actually exist and doesn't look like it will be ready at least for a few months into 2023. In Australia, this would be considered misleading advertising.

My wife and me enjoyed our stay and will come back

The size of room, the comfort of bed and pillows and the cleanliness of bathroom. The AC works well too. But most of all the hospitality of the staff.

Lots of undelivered promises.

Staff was nice.

Hotel was under construction. No water park. No restaurant. Cleaning was below average. Rate for the hotel in the current condition is too high.

I booked in booking.com for my vacation in Masbate city and found Treasure Island Hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the security and room attendant assisted me with my luggage and greeted me pleasantly together with the receptionist who is well-oriented and attentive. My room was in the 4th floor so we took the panoramic elevator where you can view the scenic harbor and watch the beautiful sunset. When I entered my room, I was even more surprised to see soft and relaxing bed you wouldn’t expect you’ll see in a hotel, located in a province. Its high-end class bed and linens which I only experience with my stay in 5 star hotels in big cities. They also have a restaurant that offers Chinese seafood but out of curiosity, since I’m not really a Chinese food lover, I ordered what they offered “hot prawn salad” and to my surprise it was very delicious. The dining staffs are very courteous and approachable. The internet is also fast, although construction is still going on I understand because the hotel is new and there are facilities including the infinity pool still to be completed. Overall I’ll rate the staffs skillful and rendered excellent service. It was beyond my expectation. For my next visit in Masbate, I will surely book again at Treasure Island Hotel.

P.S : I hope that the pool is already finish on my next visit.

Fine for a small province. Clean and new and overall we were satisfied.

For Philippine and Asian customers breakfast was fine. No American food. Breakfast was included however if you want it in your room it is another P100 i.e. $2 USD for two meals delivered. They ask that you complete a form everyday by 4pm selecting the breakfast eggs and meat/fish you would like and a time. No one seems to go to their 2nd floor restaurant. For a small province the hotel was clean and nice however construction is still underway. Still no mini adventure. We stayed 9 days August 19, 2019 to August 27, 2019. Close to MacDonalds, Jollibee and Chow King. Easy to get tricycle.

There are no elevators. We were on 3rd floor. Tough to walk up and down. Terrible internet. No internet except for about 20 minutes a day. Need to open door to get signal. They said they complained to local carrier PLDT but there is no reason for no signal every day. Again we were there for 9 days. Terrible not to have internet. They can pay more or change carriers as there is absolutely no excuse in this day and age. They said management has not fixed in 1 year. When they clean the room the housekeeping staff (one male) is very nice and professional however he needs to use a check off list. For example he never cleaned the soap dish. Also when we placed a card on the bed to change the linens after 5 days he tried just to make the bed. I demanded he change the sheets etc. Not to much to ask after 5 days. Dirty water used to mop floor with smell.
