Potokaki Holiday Home is a bright and airy beachfront villa with beautiful sea views and cooling coastal breezes. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers excellent value for a relaxing holiday. The home is surrounded by a large garden filled with flowers and vegetables, creating a charming Mediterranean atmosphere. Located next to a newly built hotel, the area has a pleasant, lively feel, with music adding to the holiday mood at certain times.

What an amazing location - if you want to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves this is the place for you! When you want to have a swim step out the front door (I recommend you bring beach shoes as it’s a pebbled beach) you can swim lengths or just paddle in the shallow water. Amazing sunsets and the moon glistening on the water was very special! Our host Dimitros was kind and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. There was some amazing olive oil, coffee for us to use and I was able to use some herbs from the garden. Pythagoria was 30 minutes walk with lovely bars and restaurants- we did a trip to Samos town and Kokkari- we didn’t have a car but taxis were available regularly and not overly expensive! We went to the Greek supermarket which was about 30 minute walk or a taxi for about 9 for our supplies although there is a mini market across the street which stocks the basic - if your looking for a little Greek getaway this is the place for you - Thanks Dimitros for hosting

If you want a taste of paradise, stay here! The property itself is amazing: nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The location is superb. You can walk to Pythagorio in 35 minutes. There are local restaurants, cafés and a well stocked convenience store within a few minutes walk. We didn’t have a car and found the walking to be part of the whole experience. The location of the house is literally on the beach. All you need to do is open the door and step outside. It’s like stepping into Narnia. And the balcony is heavenly. Demetri, the owner, is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He was very attentive and responsive, going out of his way to ensure we had a lovely stay. My co-travelers came from a war zone and found the refreshment and peace that they desperately needed. Big thanks to Demetri!!!

we booked this place as we were struck by the image of the villa right on the waters edge, and that is exactly what it is. The house is spacious, had a beautiful outside balcony area with great views, and couldn't be any closer to the water without waves coming in the front door. Dimitrios was a friendly, helpful, kind host, and we enjoyed some good talks with him and his advice on the area. the price is more than fair, maybe even a bit too low for what you get. But the big feature remains the ability to walk out your door, take two steps and you're in the water. priceless
