GREAT location, comfortable beds, GARAGE PARKING! Having off street parking in a downtown location is gold, much less having a garage. The location was great for the best downtown restaurants and activities. Decor changed inside from when I booked it 6 months ago, but it didn't impact the comfort (honestly, the sofa was better than the picture). Had everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay in Denver!

The location was great. There were a couple small problems checking in. Mostly out of the owners control but since this was my very first time renting like this it made me skeptical. I really appreciate the little things like bottle water in fridge. Salt and pepper, extra blankets Overall I'd recommend

We really enjoyed being in the thick of urban Denver life. Every morning we sat on patio for coffee and muffins, reading the news. Next we wouldn’t wander off to the parks and botanical gardens. Restaurants were also in walking distance. Location, location , location sums up the beauty of Joshua’s abode. The house had everything we needed to feel like we were in our own home. The only negative was that the internet service was very slow and non existent on back patio.

Cute house and great backyard and location! Owner was great and very accommodating. Could’ve been cleaner, and there were broken glasses in the cabinets when we got there? A little too cluttered, but was a great spot for the three days we were there!

The house is very cozy and nice. Three of us stayed here for a work trip at the Denver convention center. The house was clean and a great place to stay with all the amenities of home. Located in walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the convention center. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything.

We stayed here for three days while attending shows at the Ogden Theater which is a 5 minute walk. The location is in a safe place and off street parking in garage is nice. The place is clean and organized with everything you need. We'll definitely look into this place again on our next trip. Thanks Joshua!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Capitol Hill. This home is very comfortable and we were able to host a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 (4 visitors, 4 locals) with no problem. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living room which had plenty of comfortable seating for conversation and games. It being a snowy holiday, we took advantage of the gas fireplace much of the time. The well-equipped kitchen had plenty of dinnerware for our family. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We appreciated that all of the essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, TP, and paper towels were all included. The Capitol Hill location is fantastic and a 2-block walk can provide all the essentials … coffee, grocery, beer/wine (amazing selection @ Argonaut), and also satisfy your Gaming fix with a trip to 1-Up!! The garage was a bonus during our snowy visit. Our only regret is that we did not get a chance to hang out on the back patio, it being cold and snow-covered. Looked like a great spot for a cookout. Communication with Joshua & team was excellent. We will look forward to staying here again!

This is a lovely place on a tree-lined street in Capitol Hill that's close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants. We even took a long walk home from the 16th Street Mall one night. Having 2 1/2 baths for three people was a huge plus. The basement room is just that, a basement, so not ideal if you're sharing with friends but quite adequate for young kids. The decor and beds could use a refresh! But overall we had a great stay and will likely book again.

Both the owner Joshua and the Manager Rachel were responsive and helpful on our stay. The property location is easy to access and has a garage in the back alley. We have been looking for a location where one could park a sports car off street. The drive into the garage is steep but we had a low car and pulling in at a sharp angle was no issue. This area of Denver has lots of old homes, the structure of this one seemed very sound, the interior shows some wear but overall presents itself well. We always felt safe in the home and while walking the neighborhood. It has a good TV and an Alexa to answer your questions. There was a large group next door but we never heard a peep from them so the home seemed quite well insulated. It was 100F one day while we were there and the AC worked great. We did not cook at the home but the kitchen seemed well equipped to handle most needs.

This property was perfect for 5 friends enjoying Denver and environs over the July 4 weekend. Check-in instructions were clear and the house was just as pictured and described. There was an issue with the AC not cooling quickly enough, but Joshua responded quickly and arrived soon to assist with the issue even though it was July 4! The location is walking distance to many attractions, and having a garage was such a benefit-- we never had to fight for a spot on the street. I only wish that it hadn't rained/hailed almost every evening so we could have enjoyed the back patio more often!

Perfect House and Location for visiting Denver

First visit to Denver. We decided to stay in Capitol Hill downtown and it was perfect. If you need a car in Denver, make sure you rent a property WITH PARKING. Street parking in Denver in Capitol Hill is hard to find. This apartment was clean, full of windows overlooking an open field that looks at the skyline of Denver and equipped with every convenience and support you need. Very quiet. Very nice landlord, Joshua, who was attentive and informative. Would definitely stay here again. So homey and welcoming. Jelly's for breakfast nearby is a MUST so that you can experience the neighborhood. People in Denver are just nice people and love their city. Front porch on the house for sitting and covered garage in back for your car. Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden, Colorado are less than 30 minutes away and if you have a car and time, you need to incorporate that in to the flavor of Denver.
