* One camera on the side of the house monitoring the driveway parking area
* One camera mounted on a tree near the pavilion with a view of the front entrance
* One camera mounted on a tree monitoring the rear door of the property
All cameras are used solely for security and monitoring of entrances and exterior areas.

House was clean, property well-maintained, pool was awesome! It was just what we needed for our short stay since we had an appointment out of town. Kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. Beds slept great and the arcade game room was a hit for the family as well! Host was friendly and very responsive. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and very responsive. The house was clean, well laid out, and well decorated. Sheets were soft, towels were plentiful, and we loved that the shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc was supplied if needed. The kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. We had every utensil and pan we needed. We loved the pool- super clean! Our boys enjoyed the diving board and the slide. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen- using it for both of our suppers. We even ate outside (when it stopped raining). We would HIGHLY recommend this house. It is definitely worth every penny!

I have spent a long time considering what to say in this review. We traveled to the Atlanta area with our two small children to spend a weekend with family and friends. There were 6 adults and 2 children total. I did inform the owner before we arrived we may have had another adult but she was not able to take off work to join us.
I was thankful for the space and amenities of this rental. However, there were some things that did not work well for us; perhaps, a different group of renters would have been a better fit for this particular property.
Specifically, there was too much decor for our kids. The owners did a good job of making sure we had everything we could need to stay comfortably. But, there was too much stuff one every surface. We had to work really hard to watch our children in every room at all times to make sure none of their decor was broken or moved. The owners should decorate how they see fit in their property, but other renters especially ones with smaller children should know I felt like I never got to relax in the space.
Next, there was a lot of air freshener throughout the rental specifically upstairs. I would guess perhaps another renter smoked at one point and the owners were trying to cover the smell? Two of our party have allergies to perfumes and it was hard for them in certain areas of the house.
Finally, there were several steps we had to complete to let the owner know who was at the rental, what car they drove, and we even had to send every person's driver's license and vehicle description. I understand making sure the owner is aware of who is staying at their property but I have stayed in several rentals and this seemed excessive.
The owner did communicate via the VRBO app. There is a camera on the property to monitor who is there and which vehicles are parked in the driveway. It was a huge bonus to have a working dishwasher to wash all of the baby bottles throughout the stay.
We enjoyed our weekend together but I believe this rental would be better for older children who don't require so much supervision.
