Parcheggio auto di fronte la proprietà comodissimo. Siamo stati benissimo, Annamaria la host é gentilissima e la colazione fantastica.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern ( 3 & 8) in der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Es war sehr sauber!
Die Inhaberin war super nett.
Das das Badezimmer nicht im selben Zimmer ist, weiß man ja bereits aus der Beschreibung, ist aber fast direkt nebenan, also auch weniger ein Problem.
Eine Busstation ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wenn man mit dem Bus in die Altstadt Pisa fahren will, ist es sehr easy und unkompliziert. Wir haben via Bus/Zug einen Ausflug nach Florenz gemacht, um der Parkplatzsucherei zu entgehen.
Preis/Leistung ist einfach wirklich gut!
Ein Parkplatz für den eigenen Wagen ist direkt vor der Tür.
Ein Haken oder mehrere an der Tür im Zimmer wäre noch ein kleiner Pluspunkt, für mehr Ablagefläche.
Die Kommode ist vllt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teils schwer zu öffnen, aber alles keine großen negativen Punkte.
Die Kissen waren unbequem, aber das ist absolut subjektive Geschmackssache. Man lebt mit der Dame im selben Haus, alles hat einen urigen Charakter. Muss man vllt mögen, aber wir fanden es wie bei "Oma" und nicht störend, da wir die Unterkunft eh nur zum Übernachten getätigt haben.

Posto pulito e accogliente. La signora Annamaria è la vera anima della struttura. È un beb e come tale ha soddisfatto tutti i requisiti. Colazione in linea. Struttura a pochi minuti di auto per visitare Pisa, ottima
Il bagno privato fuori dalla camera poco comodo... Ma non è troppo complicato
