The facilities of this hotel were phenomenal, and the room was well kept, spacious, and had everything we needed. The Airone includes breakfast for a small fee, and otherwise runs a restaurant and bar on the property for both lunch and dinner. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. Beyond just the regular amenities, the food and staff were absolutely wonderful. We had plenty of fun conversation with the servers, and found them to be extremely personable and eager to help in any way they could. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
The location is a bit hard to get to unless you have a car or take a taxi from the city center, but that can be avoided with proper planning. The work to get there was well worth the stay.

Pool was good. Easy to find. Plenty of parking.
One member of staff working extremely hard to facilitate lots of people, she was rushed off her feet. 12€ for breakfast not easiest system. Air-conditioning struggled.

Rooms excellent / clean and traditional decoration.
Parking onsite.
Staff extremely helpful at all times.
Hotel restaurant meals are fantastic with wide variety.
Location is rural so if you haven’t transport it is excellent and highly recommend.
Not all facilities opened yet - pool doesn’t open till May.

- my room had an “imprecise flooring” with spaces from where ants had entered and spread over my dog’s food (sealed in its bag, and yet…).
- overwatered garden smelling rot
Over two days:
- ants had also entered through the cracks between the floor and the wall… result… my bags, clothes and everything I brought home is full of ants… I’m outraged.
-each day, ants kept coming in.
- in all of these the staff had just shook their shoulders with “yes, it can happen” and no compensation nor a gesture like offering a coffee… that’s it. Just sorry and some spray.
