The room was very clean, spacious and it had AC. The hosts were very friendly, we asked if possible for an earlier check in and they helped us in this matter, we arrived early in the morning! Salvatore was very open to us and a nice host. Also, Michelle is a great host, we had some nice talks for a few mornings at breakfast, he recommended us some places to visit nearby Pisa and in Tuscany. We hugged and kissed goodbye in our latest day there, Michelle was very friendly with us, he was one of the best host we ever had! Also, the parking place was big enough and the car was safe!

Staff were very pleasant and proactive and communications
Strange odor in the room. Difficult to get a taxi into town.
