Spotlessly clean, really central (a matter of minutes to the tower and surrounded by pizzerias, cafes and bars plus shops). Not far to walk from the station, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

It was right on the main street in Pisa but also quiet for sleeping . Breakfast terrace was beautiful with a view of the tower.

The staff were amazing, welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much for them. The location is brilliant- you can walk to the tower in 5 minutes, there are plenty of restaurants around and it is centrally located. You can also see the tower from the balcony of the room we stayed in and there are also great views from the terrace, where breakfast is served. Very clean property and rooms. Air conditioning is a massive plus in the heat. Pisa is also a well connected base in Tuscany. Would stay again- kudos to the amazing team Luca has working for him
What could be better- the lift is great to have in a historic building but it could be bigger (you'd struggle to fit 4 people), the tv is not smart and only had Italian channels (i know you're not there to watch tv) and breakfast while having variety is repetitive, so fine for a day or 2. Being centrally located also means it can be a bit noisy at times. Just a couple of points but i'd happily stay there again
