Location is great for attractions , slightly outdated rooms but that doesn't matter as the beds are comfy and rooms tidy. Breakfast isn't amazing just good , the staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly, overall its great for a short stay .

We were already 3x time in this hotel, so clear choice for our short stay in Pisa. Good location just about 15 minutes walk from main attraction Piazza dei Miracoli. Perfect is close hotel parking and easy access by car. From our point of view real 4 stars hotel.
As we use this hotel before ferry, breakfast time is usually too late for us. Could be perfect to move breakfast time from 6:30 AM.

Public areas certainly were ‘grand’
The bedroom was a bit ‘tired’ but mainly it was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning was very noisy and basically more or less useless at reducing the temperature in our room overnight
