Fantastic location, and friendly, helpful reception staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel transfer to airport was great.

Staff very helpful. They stored my bike box for me while I cycled around Tuscany. Great location, quiet. Hotel shuttle to airport good.

Its position was great. The rooms were comfortable.
The doors slammed shut which woke me up as I had people in the rooms next to mine who just left their doors to slam at 1am. The doors need a softener on the hinge so the last degrees of shutting is slower and softer.
The staff took ages to reply to my emails.
