Just at the train station, bus there takes you straight to the leaning tower, rooms are small but comfortable and clean and modern. Great place for a short stay

Good location, helpful staff and 24 hour check-in. Perfect for late night arrival and a place to stay for a lay over if traveling.
Facilities are a touch dated and it's quite expensive for what it is

Perfect location - very serviceminded personel.
The beds were not the best - what happened after us leaving the hotel was a negative experience.

It was very conveniently located.
It was slightly tacky - no toilet roll holder, broken tiles in the bathroom, curtain coming off the rail. Small things which in themselves are not an issue but I would have expected more for the price.
