We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Palazzo Feroci. The communication before we arrived was superb, making sure we knew how to access our room and the property out of hours. The location is fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful with printing items for us and looking after us throughout our stay. Final huge thanks to all of the staff who recued our passports that we left behind in the room safe and kept them safe until we returned. We would definitely return!

Beautiful property with incredibly comfortable rooms that let in no sound from outside

The hotel was lovely, clean, bed were comfortable and air con was regulated so you don’t have to touch it and made no noise, very little but I slept like a log. And they use lots of environmental friendly bathroom products. Love it there. Also it was 5 minutes walk from leaning tower of Pisa

We enjoyed our stay at the panoramic suite with small garden patio. The room was very spacious and the property was lovely with a wonderful cafe attached for morning pastries and coffee. We appreciated the toiletries. It was a little loud one night with a concert nearby but luckily our bedroom was on the other side. The location is very convenient to the leaning tower and lots of restaurants.

Great property but we had a room with a herd of elephants above- in reality two very young children. You could literally hear every footstep every shout. Great building, shame about the sound proofing, overall good service. Breakfast provided by the cafe on site - options a little limited and service was not met with a smile. Owners were lovely and very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful! The service is beyond expectations! We stayed at the family room, and it was exceptionally clean and the view was beautiful. This is one of the best hotels (mind you it has a beautiful history) that we have ever stayed in Pisa. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!!!

Absolutely superb, beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the heart of Pisa. An unexpected surprise at the end of our trip, it ended up being the best hotel of all in which we stayed. Outstanding, helpful staff (Maria), gorgeous, large room with all amenities, walkable to everything important in Pisa. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an incredible one-night stay at Palazzo Feroci! The staff was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival with great recommendations, helped us make a reservation for dinner, showed us how the temperature in the room worked, and pointed out the complementary wine and lovely shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rooms were so stylish and comfortable for a family of four, and the breakfast in the morning was convenient and delicious. Special shout out to our server who helped us to call a taxi to make it to the airport in time -- above and beyond! We'd absolutely stay here again -- if not for the convenient location to shopping, food, and the Leaning Tower, for the amazingly fragrant lilies in the front reception area! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I made a last minute detour at Pisa just to stay in Palazzo Ferozi and enjoy the quiet life of Pisa. This Boutique Hotel is everything and more as I expected by other guest feedback. Beeing an Architect I enjoy evey design detail. A perfect mix of old charm and modern intirior design. In good hands a painted XVII wooden and florentine style painted as tradición makes a perfect macht with Philip Stark furniture. The welcoming bouquet of flowers with a hand written Card by the staff and a bottle of wine with chips were the ultimun treat. Lorenzo and Pilar at front desk went far and beyond to make our stay a true pleusure. Breakfast was continental style at q bar with a garden conected to the Palazzo. Not at all what is expected of such a great place. Will come back definetly!

Our favourite hotel on our travels - the staff were excellent. Lorenzo is an excellent tour guide - with wonderful recommendations. Our room was glorious - we loved the loft and the views are breathtaking. The shops, Tower and restaurants were all close by. The restaurant next door has a beautiful patio and the croissants are delicious! Thank you for taking good care of us and the wonderful hospitality.

Our stay at hotel Palazzo Feroci was wonderful, it's in a great location very close to the leaning tower and other attractions but in a quiet street. We had a great room with a separate lounge area , very spacious and clean. The breakfast each morning was yummy and staff so welcoming and friendly. There's plenty of restaurants within walking distance and we did have lunch in the hotel one day which was delicious. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want a stay in Pisa within walking distance of the leaning tower.

Very friendly welcome from the receptionist, great location close to restaurants and 10 min walk from the tower. Room was lovely, we went for the deluxe room which was comfy and had a stunning bathroom. We had a few issues with the aircon, unfortunately it was too late at night to contact reception so we had to suck it up and be quite warm throughout the night which was a shame. Breakfast was simple but really lovely. Would come back

We rented a room for a couple of days and found ourselves saying, “this place is so nice, we could live in an apartment like this.” We’ve been traveling from Paris to all over Italy and currently in London. And this hotel was really one of the nicest places we’ve stayed.

Palazzo Feroci is one of those 'WOW' places we couldn't fault it. Newly opened it is clean and has all modern amenities. Our room was huge and we had a fantastic rooftop view of Pisa from the private upstairs room. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in

Like: Very tasteful decoration. Was told that the hotel is planning to make the windows more sound proof in the next few months. Our room facing the small road was exposed to light early morning traffic.
