An interesting place to stay. Full of history. Our room was surprisingly quiet with good quality windows.
Cake, tea and coffee were a great addition.
Clean, comfortable and a good host. Taxi arranged for us as well.

Nice location to start your visit in Pisa, very nice host and helped us with getting us a taxi. All that you need is there.
Some good breakfast places in the neighborhood.
It is adjacent to a noisy street, the window insulation helped a lot; the neighbors upstairs are a bit noisy, I suspect this is due to the age of the house. Nevertheless you can get a good nights sleep.
The WiFi was not great and later stopped working, something to investigate.

The host was excellent, very accomodating and knowledgable. The room was as described and it was easy to get to the location from the main attractions.
Didn't like that the hallway lights take too long to turn on when you enter the main door.

Sarah who greeted us was lovely and v friendly. Location was great to walk about town and not far from airport.
I didn’t like that no one was there when we arrived early as in booking.com it comes across as a hotel so a bit misleading
