The location and the large bedrooms. The amazing lounge rooms and the superb breakfast. The comfy bed and pillows. The beautiful gardens and the general relaxing and 5 star feel
Nothing really not to like. We had an issue with no hot water, but the staff were superb and fixed the problem right away and let me use another room. Would have liked a blanket, as I prefer that to a single sheet. Would have liked a fridge and some wine glasses, but not a huge issue. I didn’t know there was lots of stairs and with a bad hip I struggled a bit, but it wasn’t too many.

The property is gorgeous, very well taken care of, clean, beautiful breakfast in the garden. We had the room Michelangelo which has a beautiful balcony facing the garden. It was a very spacious room. We loved it. The food was delicious, and the staff were very nice and courteous. The location is very close to Pisa centre on foot, and conveniently close to the airport.

Spacious and beautifully decorated B&B with wonderful breakfast options. Plenty of free drinking water. Lovely little garden to eat breakfast in. Good value as well.

Central location and very friendly staff
The AC didn’t work properly, and the room was unbearably hot. There were also no shower gels provided in the shower.
