Value for money it was worth it. Although it was on the second floor. The facilities were very clean and operational. The internet is super fast. Which is always a good thing.

It was clean, the room was a good size. It was 15 minutes walk to the Airport, and12 minutes walk to Pisa Central Station.
There was quite a lot of road/traffic noise.

I liked the location and the ability to have self served breakfast there
I didn’t like that the bathroom was outside the room in the corridor which was extremely inconvenient, especially at night, you had to get out of your room, close your room , go to the toilet and open the door to it, then get into the toilet and close the door with the key inside, then do all the steps in the reverse order. Mind it if you have to do it a few times at night. When I put in the search filter: the private bathroom, this bed and breakfast was shown in the search, so I never thought that the bathroom was going to be outside the room actually, only after I made the reservation, I saw the information about it.
The curtains in the bathroom were dirty other than that , it was good
