A very clean and welcoming hotel. The staff were really helpful in all aspects: directions, payment, breakfast. The location is excellent - a very short walk from the train station, after arriving from the airport on the Pisa Mover.
The single room was very small with one single bed. Since I was only staying one night, on my own, it didn’t matter. However, a double bed for a single person is much nicer, with more room to spread out.

I liked the location (close to the center and the train station,so you can easily get to nearby cities like Lucca,Livorno,Viareggio..), good breakfast, helpful staff (they called us a taxi), elevator, comfortable room. We were happy about it.
I'd like to have an iron there, to iron clothes that have become wrinkled in the suitcase.

The beds were as soft as wooden planks. The shower was so small you could find larger showers on a budget cruise line.
