We received a lovely warm welcome when arrived. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The historic buildings are wonderful and the gardens within are delightful.
Parking spaces are limited and we were pleased to get one, but this is expected when you are so close to the city centre with eveyrthing within a short walking distance.

The facility is placed in a nice location surrounded by restaurants and bars. The Sisters were very friendly. The room had AC and was clean. There is a beautiful garden that is accessible to the guests. The elevator was a lovely surprise. The place also offers a small breakfast option.
The room was very small, sometimes a bit uncomfortable for 3 people at once. The bathroom seat was placed directly next to the shower making it difficult to use it. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom after the shower, although it wasn’t a problem as long as we kept the doors to the bathroom closed.

The location was fantastic, the accommodation was great when we eventually got it.
At no time during the booking process were we informed it was a convent. The check in was absolutely terrible. We booked a room with two beds, we arrived to find 1 single bed. Communication was terrible, management shocking, after leaving twice because of the situation, we were chased and asked to come back. After 2 hrs trying to sort out the accommodation, we were given a room that we had requested and eventually all was good.
