Extremely clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and the minibar is replenished with still and sparkling water. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was varied and rich.
The location is a little further from the city center , train station and from the sights, about half an hour's walk, which is not terrible, but after a hard day, it requires at least a return to the hotel by taxi.

The restaurant was extremely welcomed as the only other close by eatery was closed, therefore you would need to catch the bus right outside the hotel into Pisa, which wasnt an issue. Food was lovely. Breakfast was more than expected with lots of choices. Rooms good size.

Breakfast is basic. Not much variety. No safe in the room. No box of tissues
No tissues. Not enough toilet roll. Building work from 9am.
