Absolutely perfect location for walking to the train station or airport. Easy to walk to see all the attractions of Pisa. The apartment was such a great size and the selection for breakfast suited both my daughter and I.

The apartment was fantastic. Great size in a quiet location, but not too far from the main Pisa attractions. The start to the city wall walk is located a short distance away and this takes you all the way to the Leaning Tower. The apartment was very clean and the breakfast is amazing. Plenty of food and good coffee. The outside area is beautifully decorated and just adds to the quality of B&B Guerazzi.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the main bedroom is extremely spacious.
Mariaelena was very helpful in showing us where to walk and see things in Pisa and scokmodated us arriving later in the evening due to our flight time. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book again if we come back.
Nothing. It ticked all the boxes for us as a place to sleep, chill out for a couple of hours and use as a base to explore Pisa.

Location was great - close to railway station. Breakfast was ample …. Coffee delicious everything was excellent
Shower head could do with tightening up as it sprayed everywhere!!

Great location close to train station, park, and town. Host was fantastic, made us feel very welcome, I would stay here again, great for a family on holiday.
