About this house rental

Stay close to the North Hobart strip which includes restaurants/bars/takeaway outlets and the state cinema, or a short drive to Hobart CBD, and Salamanca in a peaceful neighbourhood. You can get your groceries at the well-known hill street grocer in a few minutes' walk, or dine at Smolt kitchen a local favourite. Take a Short drive to MONA a must see experience whilst visiting TAS. Free Wi-Fi available, streaming services available are Netflix, Stan and Kayo. This refreshed current five bedroom, two living room home has the ideal amount of room for twelve individuals. It has a layout that is open and bright. With nine beds in the five bedrooms and second living area, it's perfect for large families or groups of friends. The upstairs living area has four couches, a large smart TV, Wii console, DVD player, and a reverse cycle heat pump. A large, modern kitchen with an eight-seat dining table, high chair and everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. A deck off the kitchen with a beautiful view, seating, and an electric barbecue. Upstairs has an enormous fundamental bathroom which has a spa, and a shower for loosening up following a bustling day touring. Bedroom one has a queen bed and an en-suite. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a desk. Bedroom three has a double bed and two king single beds. Bedroom four is located on the middle level, it has a queen bed, smart TV, panel heater, DVD player, and a couch/sofa bed. Bedroom five/second living area is on the last level and has a queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, it also has a games table, table tennis table, another couch and a reverse cycle heat pump. There is also a bathroom on this level. Some beds have electric blankets during the winter months. The laundry is also on this level equipped with washing machine and washing liquid for your use. On the fridge a pink magnet contains Wi-Fi information/also on the welcome book. There is a clothesline outside on the bottom level. Totem tennis is also out here for all ages to enjoy. There is also a portable clothesline inside for your use. All security windows have double glazing to keep the warmth in on the chilly days/nights. There is off-street parking, but it is down a steep driveway. Free street parking is also available outside the property. I do have a porta cot available just send me a message and I will provide it for you, including linen. Access to the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues and doesn't provide any wheelchair access. Security camera is by the front and back door but does not record sounds. Noise sensor also exists. I have a car available for hire through Uber Carshare, this information is on a located on the fridge. Feel free to send me a message for a discount.

Shelley was an amazing host, even bought us electric blankets because it was so cold! Perfect location and the house was just what we needed for the 10 of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful, we loved our stay will definitely stay here again .

We were a group of 9 including grandparents, parents and kids. Heaps of room, plenty of games and a Wii. Didn't see the kids except when they were hungry. Great place and Shelley made sure we had everything we needed.
