The apartment has two levels, the upper one is the bedroom and the bathroom and the lower floor is the living room and the kitchen.
The building is located in the best place in the city, in front of the Paraguaçu river, where they can walk, jog and contemplate the waters of the river.
The local shops, post office, bank, bus station, fair and everything you may need are within walking distance.
To get to Cachoeira and UFRB, just cross the imperial bridge "Dom Pedro II" and following a few more blocks, you will arrive in the region of bars and restaurants, often with live music.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a queen bed which, upon request, can be converted to two single beds.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a couple.
The apartment is equipped with bed and bath linen, and the kitchen has fridge, stove with oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker and blender, as well as shallow and deep plates, cutlery, glasses, cups etc.
The communal terrace is equipped with a bathroom, fridge, tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the surrounding area.
The communal laundry room is equipped with 2 washing machines and one for drying clothes.

Simplesmente fantástico. Felipe foi muito cortes e simpático. A casa fica na beira do rio e os apartamentos muito confortáveis. Supermercado, e padaria a apenas 150 metros Recomendo.
