Great location and staff. Saiko was fantastic and very helpful. A very lovely lady. Our driver Ly was great also. Great to come home after a day on the slopes and have a wine by the fireplace.

The villa was very private, comfy and warm, very suitable for our family of four. Saiko our host is a very friendly and lovely lady and has been very hospitable.
The upstairs bathroom tends to get really cold but not enough for us to stay away from this lovely villa when we travel to Hakuba again :)

The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the place is in a great location only a few minutes walk to Hakuba station. The villa is perfectly appointed with everything you need and plenty of space for 5 people. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
