About this cottage rental
Welcome to Steelhead Creek Vineyards! We came to Sonoma County 15 years ago, planted a vineyard and started making wine. We love it here and this is our home. It's a beautiful place and we enjoy sharing this piece of heaven with you. We tend to our sheep and goats. We work in the vineyard, and we love living here. Come stay with us. Your casita is completely private and you will have access to all the grounds and trails, as well as all the wildlife and birds. You will be welcome here. It's beautiful and quiet, and we love the serenity and peacefulness that you will experience while staying here.
Carla's Garden casita is in the vineyard on 258 acres. Enjoy a romantic wine country getaway about an hour north of Golden Gate. Close cities (20-45 minutes) include, Calistoga, St Helena, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Kenwood, and Healdsburg. Wineries and great restaurants close by. Full kitchen offers range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and outdoor grill. Wildlife can include deer, foxes, turkeys, owls, hawks, California quail. Come enjoy your weekend! Thai and Cynthia could not have been kinder. They were welcoming and attentive and the place was simply adorable. So quiet and peaceful. As we have food allergies, we needed a kitchen to cook- everything was there, it made things so easy. Our first morning Thai even brought fresh eggs from his chickens! A lovely place that we would go back to in a heartbeat. Thank you Thai and Cynthia!

As expected. Clea. Compact. Very nice outside patios. Excellent amenities. Do ask about the lane in. It is a one lane road and hilly. You need to be comfortable on this kind of road. Vista great. Quiet and lovely.

We had a wonderful time. The host Thai was kind informative and made us feel very much at home. The area is beautiful. The Casita was exactly as described, and we loved all the wildlife amazing place to stay highly recommend.
