We were very pleased with our stay in the Trolley Car! The listing was accurate, and it definitely showed better in person. Communications with our host were super, and the obvious care of the property and extras she provided made a positive impression for sure. The next time we make it back to the Colorado Springs area we will be checking to see if it is available first off

Our plane was delayed by more than 3 1/2 hours and rental company gave away our car, so we didn’t get near the “trolley” until 11 p.m. We followed directions host provided, but they were incorrect, so we circled that area and walked through several yards looking for anything resembling a trolley car for a half hour, before giving up and calling the number she had provided. Unfortunately, it wasn’t her phone number! Rather, it belonged to the prior property manager, who was beyond gracious (especially given it was almost midnight and she told us she had been asking the host to update the phone info for some time). If not for her providing the correct directions, we would have given up and gone to a hotel. She also gave us the host’s phone number, which we immediately called. The host didn’t respond that night or at any time since then. The listing had no exterior photos. Because the outside looks like a small one-story home (no resemblance to a trolley), and both the interior lights and tv were on, even when we got to the right address, we doubted we’d actually found it. However, the entry code worked and the interior is as charming as the photos indicate.

The location in Old Colorado City was within walking distance to shopping & restaurants but was also the perfect launching pad for us to check out Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak Cog Railway & the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The Trolley Car is super cute, clean and well appointed making our stay stress-free. Communication with the host was proactive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our 3 night stay at the Trolley. We came to Colorado Springs area to explore just myself and my husband for our anniversary. The Trolley was perfect place for just the two of us. We loved the trolley itself in how clean and well laid out everything was. The location is fantastic with being 1 block an a half from the main street of Old Colorado City. We really enjoyed walking up and down the street stopping in the shops and the bars and restaurants all looked great. It is at a great location for going to explore Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods just being down the road a few miles. We also went in to Downtown Colorado Springs that was a short drive away. There is so much to explore in this area and the Trolley was perfect spot to rest and relax in between the adventures that await you in Colorado Springs.

Perfect for our overnight stay on way from crested Butte to Denver airport. Close to garden of the gods which was amazing. This beautiful accommodation will not disappoint, however from the outside you can be fooled thinking it’s going to be awful. We weren’t too sure about the neighbourhood either however it is such a quiet location . We would definitely return again. The breakfast and snacks left for us was just what was required, so thank you very much.

Loved our stay at the trolley! Super cozy. Great location. We were evil even able to walk up to OCC in February because the weather was warmer. Bryana was very responsive if we needed something. Overall great stay!

Trolley was great. Loved the interior--comfortable furniture, very nice kitchen and bath. Appreciated the breakfast snacks too. The location was great. Only a block from shops and restaurants on Colorado Ave, too. Would definitely stay here again.

From the very beginning the property manager was amazing, we got into town early and she let us check in 2 hours early. The property and the house were spotless and a rather unique experience. As the name is trolley car it was like staying in a remodeled version of a train car. It was an amazing experience, will definitely do again.

Place was just enough for us to be comfortable and able to have some meals in. Best part was its proximity to....well, to everything! We were able to walk to a different restaurant every night and had very short drives to alot of the local attractions.

Had a great stay at the Trolley Car! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and nestled just a couple blocks off of the main avenue in Old Colorado City, so it's easy to explore all the shops and restaurants on foot. A real charming place for solo travelers or couples alike! Highly recommended!
