The Space: Enjoy this very neat and tidy 3 bedroom holiday house in a quiet court position, with easy access for cars, trailers and boats. This property is ideally located for easy access to Sandy Point Beach, Cafe and General Store, while trips to Shallow Inlet, Walkerville or Wilson's Prom are very popular. FREE WiFi Outside, the large private rear deck is great for outdoor entertaining with gas BBQ or just relaxing in the sunshine! The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off from the beach, while the court is perfect for the kids to bike ride safely or spot a koala! Inside, the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area are very comfortably furnished for the family to unwind and RELAX! Wi-Fi, Large Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound System and Xbox 360 (with 12 games) will cover the digital entertainment needs of the whole family, no matter what the weather! The house is extremely well insulated and is heated and cooled via a reverse cycle air conditioner. BYO LINEN: Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. The kitchen is well appointed too, with electric appliances, microwave, large fridge, dish washer and a coffee pod machine. ************************* NO PETS. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS. PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. While the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience. Guest Access: You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. The Neighborhood: Situated approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne and approx. 40 mins to Wilsons Promontory. The property is located close to the Ocean beach for swimming, surfing and fishing. At Sandy Point there is a Surf Lifesaving club which patrols the beach over summer; they also have a bar, occasional meals and events. Launch a boat from Shallow Inlet for or enjoy kite surfing & jet skiing (not supplied). The Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, boat hire, petrol, gas, alcohol and an Australia Post outlet. Paradise Point Café is the only Café is town and has snacks, sit down & takeaway meals, a beer garden, live entertainment over summer. A small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade. Playgrounds & public BBQ areas are located next to the Sandy Point Hall. Tennis courts are located behind the Sandy Point hall and equipment can be hired from the General Store. The Sandy Point Hall hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer. If you are staying at Port Welshpool you are very close to the world famous Port Welshpool Long Jetty, and the departure jetty for cruises to Wilson's Prom, as well as Port Albert and other towns. If you are staying at Fish Creek or Waratah Bay, it's only a short trip to Meeniyan, driving on some of the most picturesque country roads in South Gippsland. If you are staying in Toora, you are only 20 minutes from Foster, and surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of South Gippsland. Getting Around: Sandy Point is a small coastal town, so walking is the preferred method of getting around. Cars are required to get around if you wish to explore the country side and surrounding areas. Other Things to Note: Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems. Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys. Interaction with Guests: We are Real Estate Property Managers, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Our Real Estate office is located at 111 Beach Parade, Sandy Point, should you have any questions or concerns. The office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we are available by appointment on weekends and public holidays. Very clean spacious home. spotlessly clean. 5 mins drive to beach. Quiet location. Well presented inside with plenty of crockery and cookware. Bathrooms clean and modern. It would be good to have some placemats and coasters to protect furniture.

Nice holiday house with everything you need
Lovely layout, nice decor and everything you need for a great holiday including comfortable beds! Loved the kids toys and dvd’s. Critique would be back yard is small and front yard although big is not fenced. Also gate next to master bedroom needs fixing/securing as when windy it is noisy and kept a light sleeper up all night

Located at the end of a no through road and within walking distance to the General Store, Café and a patrolled Beach. A very peaceful setting. It's a modern three bedroom home with large kitchen, meals area and family room. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break and highly recommend this property.
