Proximity to the beach
Clean
Old room, bathroom, electrical equipment, furniture and sheets
The bathroom has a poor plastic door
The only entrance is placed in a restaurant and you must walk between the tables and people that make breakfast, lunch or dinner when you're going to the beach, or coming back from the beach
The smell inside the room is not so pleasant, due to the old bathroom installation and also because of the restaurants that are nearby
Quite noisy
Because the room is so small, the AC unit is placed at the lateral of beds, and you cannot use it when you are in bed, especially at night.
The TV is small like a tablet. I've never seen such a small TV until now. You cannot identify anything...

"Watching the sunrise from bed amazing! Very modern and clean. Comfortable bed and perfect location. There is a free parking right next to the apartment. Close to the beach."
