A perfect country style place in a big house with a pleasant and nice host. The jacuzzi is a big plus!

La casa è una tipica casa alsaziana, con struttura a graticcio, tanti gerani alle finestre. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i maggiori centri di interesse della regione. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire della vasca con idromassaggio. I cani di casa erano molto affettuosi e mio figlio ci si è affezionato. Il signor Bernard è stato sempre disponibile per venire incontro alle nostre richieste.
La sensazione in casa era che per la pulizia si potrebbe fare meglio, in particolare per i materassi. Sui comò c'era uno strato di polvere e qualche capello qui e là. I cani erano molto simpatici, però hanno lasciato le loro deiezioni vicino alla piscina, e nessuno se n'è accorto per un paio di giorni. La cabina della doccia è aperta, pertanto nel fare la doccia si bagna il resto del bagno, c'è il rischio di scivolare.

Excellent location between Strasburg and Colmar. Convenient shops in the nearby village. The host greeted us with his homemade kugelhopf and local wine which I really appreciate it. We enjoyed his jacuzzi especially after long walking days in the city. The village has beautiful hill trails and we took the "cherry trail" which my family like it so much. Bernard was very kind to suggest for us to drive on Napoleon road on our way to Nice and also make a stop at Notre Dame de la Salette. We took his suggestion and we did not regret it. It was breathtaking.

Bernard was very welcoming after a long drive with a bottle of local wine and traditional Alsacian Cake delicious! The Gite was very pretty with lots of flowers, very clean with a complete kitchen. The inside was as amazing as the outside very quaint and quirky with decorative ceilings and beautiful furniture. The bonus was a superb Hot Tub which was so nice to sit and relax in after a full day touring the wonderful Alsace Region.
