Easy living in the center of Saariselkä

kuukkeli Hirvas Suite is a cozy log house with two bed rooms, fire place and own kitchen and sauna. We did not want to spend our time in modern cabin so this was a perfect choice. All services and restaurants are within 5-10 walking distance.

Hirvas Suite covers most of the ground floor. There are rooms upstairs and soundproofing is not the highest quality. This means that you will hear your “neighbours” quite well. Ours were luckily silent type. Kitchen has seen its better days but served its purpose.

Ruim appartement, ziet er leuk uit. Rendier loopt langs je raam

ook alle buren lopen langs je raam. Het toegangspad van de buren loopt recht langs de jacuzzi, zodat je je niet privé voelt. Ik had niet goed door dat er bovenburen zijn, en het appartement is best gehorig. De hele straat was een bouwput en vanaf 7 uur werd er veel lawaai gemaakt, recht onder het raam van de slaapkamer. Ik snap dat dit voor kan komen, maar iets van compensatie wanneer je 320 euro per nacht betaalt was wel netjes geweest. Ik miste een wastafel.
