I wouldn't go back if it were free.

The beds had a bottom sheet, one top sheet and one blanket, with no bedspread over the top. The blankets were disgusting, covered in stains (either food or sexual fluids) and clearly hadn't been laundered in a very long time. The manager said they should be changed between each guest (you don't say!) and offered to have them replaced but I had already started washing them so I declined. There was also a large hole in the floor of the master bedroom ensuite where the drain cover was missing. A flimsy piece of plastic had been put over the top, but it wasn't secured and so didn't stay there, but it also wasn't strong enough to support being stepped on. It was directly behind the hand basin and I kept stepping back on it and falling down it. That is a health hazard which could cause serious injury. They said a plumber had put that flimsy piece of plastic over the hole because a replacement part was on order. I don't believe any qualified plumber would do that. I also didn't believe that to be true because the dirt on the underside of it indicated it had been there for a long time.

The room itself was gorgeous

The only reason we booked it was for the spa and when we arrived the spa was disgusting. Had Kirsty clean it but then we didnt get to use it because it stayed cold.
