This was the most comfortable apartment we had during our stay in Egypt.

When we arrived, the keymaster was waiting for us and we could directly enter the apartment. The wifi was very good, the kitchen was practical and the tempreature in each room was good. Our host was most helpfull.

No pool (which I could have known had I read more carefully; my mistake)

I’d like to thank the owners and just whistle in their ears to try and improve the staff, house keping we’ve never seen

in general it was nice and quiet

its far from shopping area and markets , if you need any groceries you have to find your own transport sat channels were not clear ( not all ) in addition wifi also up and down and A/C in main bed room needs attention

Convenient apartment

Clean, quite, easy to reach apartment near every activity u can do in hurgada. It was amazing to find a water filter in the kitchen , so cool

Enjoyable homey clean stay

Very clean apartment and building, friendly and very helpful staff respecting my privacy, nothing is missing, in fact the owner obviously has experience in setting up apartments for others because it has everything I needed. Also location is superb, a 1 minute walk and I’m on the promenade, and an easy walk to everywhere important. Classy area in Hurghada and peaceful at night. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Exceptional

We arrived before 14:00, which was the time we were supposed to check-in, and were greeted by a man that opened the apartment for us and showed us around. The apartment was very clean, much cleaner than some of the lower-end 4 start hotels! There were 3 air conditions, one in each room and they all worked without any problems. The Apartment also has a working washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, stove/oven, etc. There is a big TV in the living room, it is not smart so if you were hoping to cast music/movies I advise bringing a Chromecast (as we did). The fridge and the freezer work well. There are 2 balconies, one from the main room and one from the bedroom. There are towels and coat hangers in both rooms. When we arrived, we had to give 200 EUR in cash as a guarantee. We were returned the money as soon as we left the apartment. The apartment is next to the police station which made us feel secure. The building looks a bit rough from the outside, but the entrance and the inside look really nice. The man responsible for your stay will take the garbage left in the can in front of the apartment door once a day. We had to go to the city center a few times a day because of some business, From this address, one way Uber drive lasted ~15min and cost us ~30 EGP = ~1,6 EUR

The shower had bad pressure at times, but it was still usable (seems like a general problem in the building). The drain was a bit slow in the shower as well.

I expected to deal with a company not a person renting a flat I did not receive a legal invoice to add the cost to our company cost although I did a payment of 14% VAT and 1% City Tax ( Egyptian companies only are allowed to collect taxes from customers against legal invoice )
