Dishwasher, gas range, built in microwave and side by side fridge/freezer all in stainless steel. Generous cabinetry to house all your favorite vacation foods! Hallway to full bathroom creates some privacy from your group. Refresh w a warm shower or relax w a soak in the tub. Washer and dryer in unit so you can pack light and stay for a month…or two! Knock off the sand in your toes and salt in your hair at the outside shower. Large, fenced in side yard in case you don't get enough recreation at the beach! We truly enjoyed our stay at Low Tide! My family goes to Seaside Park annually but we’ve outgrown our regular house and decided to rent Low Tide. The place was comfortable, clean, and is exactly as advertised. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is great to cook in. Check-in and check out is easy and the side yard is great for eating and a place for kids to run around and play. Thanks for a great week and see you next year!

The accommodations were very comfortable and very clean. Nice size rooms and outside area. It was about 10 houses from the beach and an easy walk. Walkable for a sandwich and coffee. White oak market has very good sandwiches and crumb cake! Overall great vacation!

We had a fantastic time staying in the Low Tide unit! The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location with just a short walk to the beach or the bay. Having a washer and dryer on site was super helpful, and our 5 year old son loved playing with the yard games provided. We will absolutely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house was perfect for us. So much around and even though the weather wasn’t great we were very comfortable staying in. Ordered some to go food and hung out. When the weather improves headed to the boardwalk. Thanks again!

The property is modern, clean, quiet, and very convenient as it is only 1 block from the beach. There is a wonderful selection of places to eat, and you can get a nice breakfast only 1 block away.
As an amateur bird photographer, the fact that the property is situated very close to Island Beach State Park is a bonus.

Going to the beach off season is a great experience. Low-tide was perfect for 3 mature sisters to camp out for a few days. Ironically, we were there for Ian! Kitchen was clean and spacious and great for all of us to make meals and snacks. Bathroom was sparkling. Comfy couches. Check in was easy and communicating with Kara was great. (Plentyi of coffee filters btw). Did not get to use outside spaces due to weather. but all in all Low tide fit the bill!

What I loved about the apartment is the location was amazing, 4 beach passes were given and the beach was a block away, plenty of storage, everything looked new and the kitchen upgraded with granite counter tops and appliances, air conditioning worked very nicely, couches and bed were comfortable. Washer and dryer were clean and the outdoor shower was very handy when we were coming back from the beach and all sandy.

The unit was just like the pictures…clean, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of space for all our stuff plus room to hang out, play games, and eat. Very convenient to the beach and the bay.
