All new ceiling fans throughout including all bedrooms. TV and DVD player in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven in kitchen with basic kitchen cooking utensils in a combined  open kitchen /dining area. Good Ole Twin tub washing machine in small laundry area. A shower and toilet together in the bathroom.  BBQ and outdoor furniture under main veranda. Lawns surround the house. Fish cleaning table. Plenty of parking with 2 driveways and room for boats as well. The yard is not enclosed. This house is older & basic . So good value for a comfy holiday house.  All beds have mattress protectors on them with bedcovers and pillows. BYO LINEN, Towels, bath mats and tea towels.
