Located in Kalbarri, this attractive house for $297 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. No more than 10 people Max to stay in Villa.. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 4 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season This roomy 4 bedroom (3 x Queen Beds, 2 x Tri bunk Beds) 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned, ducted upstairs and reverse cycle split system downstairs. With downstairs comprising spacious open plan lounge/dining area and a modern kitchen including electric cook top, stainless steel oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer plus highchair. Lounge room has Large TV with use of a Chromecast . There is also a Large Smart TV in Tri -Bunk bedrooms upstairs (great for the kids). The whole villa looks over the sparkling shared fenced pool. The laundry room has an automatic front loader washing machine and dryer, plus second shower and toilet in bathroom downstairs . NO WIFI. Upstairs consists of the 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a "Hollywood" shower and a separate toilet. The downstairs outdoor area has outdoor setting and BBQ next to the shared pool. Front upstairs balcony with direct access from 2 of the bedrooms, has table and seating as well. There is a double lockup garage with extra maximum parking for 2 in front of garage and Second fridge located here if required as well. This holiday house is conveniently located close to river and all Kalbarri amenities making this the ideal family holiday home. **** Please Note there are stairs (No baby Gates supplied ) Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Towels & linen were supplied which was great. There were plenty off space to put the Trailer & our little boat in the garage. The down part was not having no wifi. Definitely a great place to stay. Absolutely immaculate villa complete with pool and close to all local amenities in Kalbarri and just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for families! It is a a nice villa in a very good location, close to everything. While it comfortably sleeps 10-12 people, it does not have expansive living space. When you are not out doing something, it really is not overly comfortable with only the dining room and a very small lounge for seating.

We have been to Kalbarri a few times and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Close to all amenities, relaxing, huge spacious house, clean and tidy with a great pool. We will definitely be back again - thank you!!

We've stayed in Kalbarri numerous times in various accommodation. This was spacious, clean and great value. It slept two families comfortably and had a well equipped kitchen and laundry (incl clothes line). Plenty of storage in every room. It's a short walk to beach, shops, pub & restaurants. Own BBQ with shared outdoor area & pool. We would happily re-book and recommend.

We were six adults and 5 grandchildren with us and found it really suited our needs, except for one thing - stairs! We could have done with a child proof gate for the toddlers! The pool was a hit and easy to see the kids from the house and garden. Plenty of cupboard space, games and DVD's plus good beds and a snazzy shower in main bathroom ! Kitchen is well provided with cutlery crockery etc. We did bring our own Nespresso machine which was handy as it took time to get a coffee at the local cafe! Kids loved the house. Handy to walk to shops beach and restaurants so all in all would recommend this property for a relaxing family holiday.
