Great apartment and would definitely stay again.

Great little apartment on the top floor. Everything you need in a great location. Overall was clean and perfect for what we needed with friendly communication with instruction of our arrival and throughout.

Nothing not to like! Only thing we noticed was 1 or 2 of the decorative furnishings could do with an upgrade or clean, but definitely not enough to put you off your stay. Very very minor and didn’t take away from the apartment being very clean.

Lovely apartment for a short break!

Location was good with access to the front very close as well as a good range of shops close by including large sainsburys (apartment is self catering). The host was really helpful - I'd changed the booking to be on the ground floor as my mobility is limited. There was no washing machine in the replacement apartment so the host arranged for me to use the machine upstairs which was great. The apartment contains everything you need for a relaxing stay and is nicely furnished.

There are only two parking spaces so we didn't want to move the car in case we lost our space. However there are car parks nearby.

Great location, shame about the neighbours

Close to the promenade. Plenty of facilities within the apartment

The shower was very small. Might be fine for someone who is small. Whilst the location was great, the neighbouring properties were noisy.

The communal areas were not clean. Although the bathroom and kitchen were very clean, areas in the bedroom were not. Although warned that there was no lift to the top floor studio apartment, there was no indication of just how many flights of narrow and steep stairs were involved. They became dustier the further up, too. I had to close the windows at the front because of the music from either a local pub or the Funland area. I was assured that the bedding would all be feather free, because of an allergy, but there was a feather pillow, which I noticed when I had to take my inhaler.

Great location as wasn't very far from the town centre, plus its nicely located in a quiet area were you dont hear no noise from the town at night,very spacious all around in the apartment , has everything you need like in the kitchen area if needed plus iron, hairdryer which is also good ,very comfy beds , absolutely great value would defo stay again & would recommend to friends & family 😀

Nice but would not stay again

Location is good close to everything within walking distance

The bed was very noisy every time one of us moved it woke the other one up It also needed ore than1 towel each

enjoyed our stay apart from the disturbance early hours. nothing that ear plugs wouldn’t sort. would recommend for a sho

fab location to all the attractions. very clean, and lovely bright front room. pretty much all you need if you choose-to cook. bed & pillows very comfy. parking on the front (free for 2 cars) hosts very much there if any problems

usb sockets needed. neighbours at the back pretty noisy chatting and banging things Upto 3am. had to close the windows. nothing that the hosts could do to be fair but kept us both awake.

Great location closes to Marine Lake and King's Gardens.

Good location & just a short walk to the town centre. Apartment was clean and good facilities for the two of us & our dog. We would recommend Houghton coffee lounge for breakfast/brunch and Sam Thai for food. Most places are dog friendly, Hesketh Park is lovely with a nice café.

Stairs are steep to higher apartments would not recommend if you have mobility issues.

Very good, would stay again.

Host very kindly moved me to an apartment on a lower floor after reading my request, due to having bad knees. Location is great. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Advice was given on where to park. Have stayed there before with my husband.

Hate the smell of the plug in air freshener in entrance, it's too strong. Apartment was too warm, did turn living room and bedroom radiators off at the base but living room one still got hot, bathroom one is not adjustable. Had windows wide open constantly. Suggest turning temperature down on boiler if possible.

Good

The apartment was clean with adequate furniture the shower room was very nice and the kitchen was modern and clean.

Extremely warm in the apartment. No tin opener. We were on the top floor 40 steps😮‍💨

Very good

I came up for a week of work and I loved how close it was to town and the beach. Bed was comfy and was able to get good night's sleep.

Some of the throw pillows had stains on and one of the towels was a little dirty, but other than that the apartment was lovely.

The apartment was adequate but we just used it as a base as we were house hunting while we were there

facilities in the kitchen were good they were very flexible and accommodating

parking was poor with only 2 tiny spaces outside front of the property I’m not certain the internal doors were fire doors the sofas were tiny the tv didn’t work with a very loose connection no door to the bedroom very noisy

clean well equipped apartment

the apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped communication with owner was really good, and very accommodating.

stayed 2 nights the first night was really quiet and peaceful 2nd night there was an issue with someone else staying which let to us not getting much sleep. the owner however had the decency to call and apologise offering a part refund as way of apology. obviously this was out of their control and was told this was a one off.

Location was.ok

NO COOKER.. only 2 ring hob and a microwave. NO BRUSH OR HOOVER CHAIR WAS RIDICULOUS FOR SITTING ON, ALSO COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE HEIGHT OF THE APPARTMENT.

the neighbours in the adjacent property were a bit noisy, think they may have worked nights and it sounded like their kitchen was next to the bedroom so it was quite noisy at times
