The staff were very welcoming. The room was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially liked the smart TV which had YouTube built in.
A little dated in parts and some damp in the room but not bad for the price.

Clean room, aircond working fine.
Its a bit out of town if you after old town Surabaya. Fear bit distance to zoo too. Not too far away from shopping centre. Prepare to travel 30-40 min to old town.
